  • To produce Skilled Artisans, Craftsmen and Technicians.
  • To develop adequate ICT Capacity and Infrastructure for effective training and management.
  • To develop, review and implement institutional policies, strategies and programs.
  • To develop institutional Human Resource Capacity
  • To develop and operationalize MOU with key strategic industries
  • Rehabilitate, renovate, construct and acquire facilities and equipment
  • Mobilize revenue generation from fees collection, IGUs and other financiers
  • To improve and Maintain an excellent corporate image of the institution
  • Increase forest cover by planting trees for environmental sustainability
